Sponsorship Opportunities and Benefits

Your sponsorship funds all that goes into sharing health and wellness resources as well as the power of art and creativity with our local community in Central Texas. We are expecting 200-300 guests made up of our local community of People with Parkinson’s, care partners, family members, and older adults in Central Texas. 

Main Stage Showcase Sponsor: $10,000

  • • Your company name and logo will be present on all event promotional materials in print and on social media, on the PFP event webpage, and in a full-page ad in the event program. 

    • Your company banner will be hung above the main stage. 

    • Your company name and logo will be projected most prominently on the day of the event.

    • Your exhibition table will be placed at the entrance of the event. 

    • Your company will receive regular verbal acknowledgment in our local classes in the weeks leading up to the showcase. As well as verbal acknowledgment throughout the event. 

    • Your company may add literature and promotional items to the event tote bag.

    • Your company logo will be printed as the most prominent sponsor on the back of the event tote bag.

Champion of the Arts Sponsor: $5,000

    • Your company name and logo will be projected on the sponsor banner at the event. 

    • Your exhibition table will be placed at the front of the room near the entrance. 

    • Your company will receive verbal acknowledgment/ thank you as an event sponsor.

    • Your company may add one piece of literature or one swag/promotional item to the event tote bag.  

    • Your company logo will be printed on the back of the event tote bag.

Health & Wellness Sponsor: $2,500

  • • Your company name and logo will be present on our website and event flyers. 

    • Your company name and logo will be projected on the sponsor banner at the event. 

    • Your exhibition table will be placed at the front of the room near the entrance. 

    • Your company will receive verbal acknowledgment/ thank you as an event sponsor.
